Yadkin County Woman Arrested On Felony Drug Charge In Alexander County

27-year-old Victoria Shianne Wagoner of the Yadkin County town of Jonesville was arrested Saturday (January 27) by Taylorsville Police Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance along with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting with concealment of goods, and resisting a public officer.

Wagoner is also facing charges in Yadkin County. She’s charged in that county with larceny, violation of a court order, and probation violation. Her next court date on those charges is March 27.

Wagoner is on probation as a result of a conviction in Yadkin County in May, 2023 for misdemeanor shoplifting. She’s got multiple misdemeanor convictions listed on the North Carolina Department Of Adult Correction Offender Public Information website, dating back to May, 2022. The convictions were in Yadkin and Wilkes Counties.

As of earlier today (January 30), Wagoner remained in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $7,500. Her next Alexander County District Court date is set for February 12.
