ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. (WACB) – Alexander County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested 48-year-old Misty Lou Ferguson of West Front Street in Statesville Monday (September 7). She’s charged with two-counts of felony larceny of a motor vehicle and providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

Arrest documents indicate the suspect is on probation for a felony possession of schedule II controlled substance conviction in Catawba County. Ferguson was jailed in the Alexander County Detention Center with a listed secured bond of $40,000.
