32-year-old Kailey Nicole Taylor of Hayes Place in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 7) by Probation and Parole Officers. She was charged with a parole violation and jailed under no bond. As of this morning, she remains in jail with no bond and no court date listed. Hayes was on parole as a result of a conviction in February 2021 in Stokes County for felony possession of schedule two controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
