36-year-old Cynthia Dianne Fowler was arrested today (February 18) by authorities in Lincoln County. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Fowler was arrested shortly after noon today and placed in jail in Lincolnton under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Friday (February 19).
