41-year-old Shanna Mcrae Kincaid was arrested Monday (January 11) by Morganton Public Safety Officers. She’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Kincaid was arrested at a convenience store on South Sterling Street in Morganton just before 9 p.m. Monday. She was placed in jail in Morganton under $3,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday (January 13).
