50-year-old Kristie Dawn McCrain of Village Drive in Wilkesboro has been arrested and charged with failure to appear on two counts of possession of a scheduled II controlled substance and one count of failure to appear as an habitual felon. McCrain was jailed today (October 30) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $30,001. An appearance in Superior Court was scheduled for November 6 in Newton.
