39-year-old Jason Richard Horton of Patricia Avenue in Elkins West Virginia was arrested Monday (November 6) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a stolen motor vehicle and given a custody release. Horton was not listed in jail as of this morning and no court date was listed.
