MORGANTON, N.C. (WHKY) – The Burke County Board of Elections will hold Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing for voting machines on Thursday (September 17) at 9 a.m. (and September 18 at 9 a.m. as needed) for the November 2026 General Election. L&A Testing will be conducted in Foothills Higher Education Center, room 132.

This is open to the public so they may observe the testing of the machines. Any member of the public wishing to view the testing is asked stop at the Burke County Board of Elections office at 2128 S Sterling St, Suite 100 in Morganton and check in before proceeding to the testing room.
