34-year-old Phillip Thomas Head of Warsaw, Virginia, was arrested Wednesday (January 25) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child and one felony count of incest. Head was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $100,000 secured bond. A Superior Court date is scheduled for February 27.
