Vale Man Arrested on Meth & Fentanyl Charges

34-year-old Brandon Sherod Harbison of Saxon Lane in Vale was arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Officers yesterday (October 11) on charges of trafficking in fentanyl, possession with the intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance.

Lincoln County Narcotics Officers opened an investigation after they received numerous complaints from western Lincoln County residents regarding the sale of illegal drugs from the Saxon Lane residence. Narcotics Officers allegedly made multiple purchases of illegal narcotics from Brandon Sherod Harbison. On September 8, Narcotics Officers and Deputies executed a search warrant at the residence, leading to the seizure of approximately 10 grams of meth and 65 grams of fentanyl.

Warrants for Harbison’s arrest were issued yesterday. He was taken into custody and placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $215,000 secured bond. Harbison will appear in District Court on November 2.
