32-year-old Annie Annette Powell of Windy Hill Drive in Valdese was arrested Saturday (March 4) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Powell was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $4,500 bond. She remained in jail as of earlier today (March 7). A District Court date is set for March 27.
