47-year-old Tammy Annette Courtney of Fowler Street in Valdese was arrested Tuesday (September 12) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with one felony count possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine and jailed under $15,000 secured bond. Courtney remains in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility with no court appearances listed.
