48-year-old Bobby Ray Workman of Abernathy Circle in Valdese was arrested Friday (February 3) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one count felony possession of stolen property and given a $5,000 secured bond. Workman was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for February 6.
