28-year-old Steven Michael Day of Laurel Street in Valdese was arrested Tuesday (September 19) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule one controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of stolen property. Day remains in jail as of this morning in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $30,000 secured bond. No court dates were listed.
