22-year-old Joshua Daniel Sainz of Stonecreek Drive in Valdese was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers Friday (December 18) on three felony counts of breaking & entering a motor vehicle. He was also charged with multiple counts of misdemeanor larceny. Following his arrest, Sainz was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $40,000 secured bond. An appearance in District Court is coming up Wednesday (December 23) in Lenoir.
