24-year-old Joshua Caleb Ceragioli of US Highway 64 in Union Mills was arrested Monday (July 24) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of schedule two controlled substance and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for today (July 26).
