32-year-old Anthony Michael Sanders of Grindstone Lane in Granite Falls and 24-year-old Heather Marie Sanders of Miller Hill Road in Lenoir were arrested Thursday (March 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. They were both charged with felony first-degree sexual assault by force and jailed under $120,000 secured bond. Heather Marie Sanders and Anthony Michael Sanders remain in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for April 3.
