43-year-old Robert Shawn Hagy and 44-year-old Steven Daniel Sparks both of Zacks Fork Road in Lenoir were arrested Thursday (April 13) by Lenoir Police Officers. Hagy was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance and felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine. Sparks was also charged with felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance and felony possession of methamphetamine. In addition to those counts Sparks was also charged with felony trafficking in meth, felony failure to appear, and misdemeanor failure to appear. Both Robert Shawn Hagy and Steven Daniel Sparks remain in jail as of this morning with a $50,000 secured bond each and District Court dates scheduled for April 13.
