45-year-old Jamie Antwon Tugman and 43-year-old Jennifer Collean Snow of Table Rock Road in Lenoir were arrested Friday (February 3) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. Snow was charged with one count felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance and given a $5,000 secured bond. She was not listed in jail as of this morning and a District Court date scheduled for February 22. Tugman was charged with failure to appear on a misdemeanor count of driving while license revoked, felony trafficking in heroin or opium, felony possession of methamphetamine, and felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. He remains in jail as of this morning with a $60,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for February 22.
