34-year-old Jody Shane Maltba of Old Amherst Road in Lenoir, 31-year-old Richard Kory Barton of Robbins Drive in Lenoir, and 63-year-old Timothy Nathan Maltba of Forest Brook Place in Lenoir were arrested Wednesday (April 5) by Lenoir Police Officers. All three suspects were charged with one felony count fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and jailed under a $75,000 secured bond. Jody Shane Maltba, Richard Kory Barton, and Timothy Nathan Maltba were not listed in jail as of today and a District Court appearance was scheduled for April 6.
