Three Suspects Arrested Following Complaints Of Drug Activity

62-year-old Angers Denby Crisson of Keener Road, 39-year-old Heather Michelle Beal of Guy F. Beal Lane, and 31-year-old Michael Ray Woody of Westridge Lane, all from Lincolnton, were arrested Monday (September 21) by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Officers.

Crisson is charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Beal is charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Woody was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

Numerous complaints from citizens of suspected drug activity in the 2000 block of Keener Road were filed with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. The agency’s Narcotics Unit began an investigation into the complaints. On Monday narcotics officers and North Carolina Probation officers conducted a joint operation that led to the arrest of the suspects.

Crisson was given a $15,000 secured bond and placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center. His probation will also be revoked. Beal was jailed under an $8,000 secured bond. Woody was jailed under a $5,000 secured bond. No court dates were listed.
