30-year-old Ashley Nicole Tolley of Rockey Lane Roan Mountain in Tennessee was arrested Monday (February 27) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. She was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and a felony fugitive extradition to Carter County Tennessee where she was wanted for a probation violation. Tolley remains in jail as of this morning with a $110,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for March 1.
