Tennessee Man Charged In Caldwell County With Failing To Register As Sex Offender

53-year-old Raymond Dean Baker of Sevierville, Tennessee was arrested Tuesday (October 27) by authorities in Caldwell County. He’s charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender. Baker was convicted in Caldwell County of first-degree sex offense with a child under 13-years-old in April 2004. The offense was committed in 2001. Baker was released on a written promise. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (October 29).
