37-year old Kelly Renee Collins of Taylorsville was arrested by Taylorsville Police Sunday (April 24) on one felony count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of a schedule III controlled substance. She was also charged with felony habitual larceny. Collins was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond. She was scheduled to make a first appearance in District Court today (April 25) in Taylorsville.
