42-year-old Daniel Richard Workman of Fox Den Lane in Taylorsville was arrested Friday (October 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor counts of failure to appear and resisting a public officer. Workman was also charged with two felony counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a weapon of mass destruction. He remains in jail as of this morning under $2,000 secured and no bond. A Superior Court date was scheduled for today (October 9) and a District Court appearance was scheduled for October 23.
