TAYLORSVILLE — According to our news partner, WACB, an Alexander County resident listed as homeless was arrested by Taylorsville Police on Saturday. 36-year-old Jessica Roseanne Tysinger is charged with larceny. She’s being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a listed bond of $1,500.
