43-year-old Kristofer Dale Williams of N.C. Highway 127 in Taylorsville was arrested Friday (February 24) by Brookford Police Officers. He’s charged with identity theft, resisting a public officer, two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor probation violation, possession of stolen goods, and a traffic violation. Williams was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $37,500 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (February 28). District Court dates are scheduled for March 16 and March 20, a Superior Court appearance is set for April 3.
