51-year-old Timothy James Ferguson of Clearview Lane in Taylorsville was arrested Saturday (March 5) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking and entering to an automobile and attempted larceny of a motor vehicle. Ferguson was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $5,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (March 7).
