Taylorsville Man Indicted On Catawba County Charges
TAYLORSVILLE, N.C. (WACB) – An Alexander County man has been arrested on Catawba County Charges. 38-year-old Jody Gene Johnson of Fairgrounds Road in Taylorsville, was charged Thursday morning (July 30) by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was served a warrant from Catawba County following a grand jury indictment for felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods.
Previous charges still pending in Alexander County include felony possession of schedule II control substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Those charges were filed by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office in May. In addition, Taylorsville Police charged Johnson with larceny and driving while license revoked in February.
