41-year-old Harold Troy Little of Jeff Price Lane in Taylorsville was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance. Little is also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Little was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (January 29) under $15,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today.
