41-year old James Matthew Allen of Taylorsville was arrested by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers on September 3 on felony and misdemeanor counts of breaking & entering. He was also charged with felony larceny after breaking & entering and two counts of failure to appear. At last report, Allen remained in the Iredell County Detention Center with bond set at $12,000, secured. He’ll appear in District Court on the Iredell County charges on September 26 with an Alexander County court date on September 25 for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and other traffic offenses.
