Suspects Charged In Connection To Weekend Break-in
45-year-old Jacqueline Lee Killian of Stony Point and 47-year-old Christopher Ryan Taylor of Hiddenite were arrested last Saturday (September 9) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. They’re both charged with felony counts of larceny and larceny of a firearm. Killian is additionally charged with driving while license revoked.
The suspects are charged in connection to a breaking and entering incident in eastern Alexander County over the weekend. Both suspects were also arrested in May by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. At that time they were charged with two felony counts apiece of possession of stolen goods. Those charges are still pending, District Court dates are scheduled for November 13 for both suspects on the May charges.
Following Saturday’s arrest, both suspects were placed in the Alexander County Detention Center, Killian under $31,000 secured bond, Taylor under $30,000 secured bond. They remained in jail as of earlier today (September 13). They’re both scheduled to appear in District Court October 2.
