26-year old Amber Leann Blankenship of Statesville and 48-year-old Scottie Wayne Pharr of Stony Point were arrested Wednesday (March 15) by Taylorsville Police Officers. Both Suspects are charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Both suspects were brought to the Alexander County Detention Center under $5,000 secured bond apiece. Neither suspect is listed as an inmate today (March 16). They both have District Court dates next Monday (March 20).
