Hickory Police are searching for a suspect in a hit & run incident that occurred early Saturday morning in the parking lot at the Gateway Pub & Grill on Highway 70 S.W. in Hickory.

At about 1:30 a.m. Saturday, a 23-year-old Conover woman was hit by what was described by a witness as a black Chevrolet Colorado truck. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries to her right leg.
