54-year-old James Reece Tucker of Albemarle, N.C. was arrested last Saturday (July 22) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of hit and run with injury, larceny, and possession of stolen goods or property. Tucker was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,000 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (July 26). The next District Court date for Tucker is August 14.
