28-year-old Jordan Lance Killian of Taylorsville was arrested last Thursday (May 12) by Probation & Parole Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of probation violation, probation violation out of county, and possession with intent to manufacture sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance along with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Killian is on probation as a result of convictions in July and August, 2021, for possession of schedule I and II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell & deliver schedule II controlled substance. The convictions were in Catawba and Alexander Counties. Killian remained in the Alexander County Detention Center as of earlier today (May 17) under $7,000 secured bond.
