The Burke County Sheriff’s Office is seeking an armed suspect who they say robbed a Dollar General store just before noon on Tuesday. The white male entered the store on Burke Street in Rhodhiss and eventually demanded money from the cashier.

The suspect was armed with a handgun and described as wearing a black Kansas City Chiefs hoodie with a black knit cap denim pants and glasses. The suspect had medium-length reddish-blonde hair. He left the scene in a white or silver sedan.
