HICKORY, N.C. (WHKY) – A Hickory man is facing multiple drug charges following an arrest by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. 32-year-old Kong Xiong, of 25th Street Northwest in Hickory, was charged Friday, September 11th.

According to arrest records, Xiong faces two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and one felony count of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances. Xiong was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. A District Court date is Monday (September 14).
