41-year-old Tiffany Ann Davis of Douglas Street in Statesville was arrested last Friday (October 13) by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. She’s charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver crystal methamphetamine along with single felony counts of possession of crystal meth, maintaining a dwelling for the sale or use of controlled substance, and conspiracy to sell or deliver crystal meth.
A second suspect, 42-year-old Javon Donte Sherrill, who lists the same address, was wanted by the Sheriff’s office for felony counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver crystal meth, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance, and conspiracy to sell or deliver crystal meth.
Last Friday, Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators, along with members of the Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team, executed a narcotics search warrant at an address on Douglas Street in Statesville. Narcotics investigators had received information from citizens about drug sales occurring at that address and surrounding areas. Surveillance operations were conducted, and investigators purchased crystal meth from the occupants of the residence.

During the search of the home, Tiffany Ann Davis and a man were inside the home. During the search, police found ten grams of meth and drug paraphernalia consistent with the packaging and selling of meth. Following the search, Davis was arrested and charged. Arrest warrants were issued for Sherrill, who had not been taken into custody as of earlier today (October 18).

Davis was initially incarcerated in the Iredell County Detention Center without bond. Her bond has since been set at $65,000 secured. She remained in jail as of earlier today. Her next District Court date is scheduled for November 6. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Javon Donte Sherrill was asked to contact the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office at 704-878-3100 or call 911.
