Alexander County officials have announced the 2023 Summer Concert Series. The series runs from late May until late September. The free shows will be held at Alexander County Courthouse Park in Taylorsville.

On May 20, Trial By Fire, a Journey tribute band will perform. On July 15, Mock of Ages, a tribute to Def Leppard will be on stage. Fireworks will follow the concert at Alexander Central High School. On July 29 the Whisnants will perform.

The September 9 show will feature On The Border, the ultimate Eagles tribute band. And on September 30 the featured band is The Extraordinaires. All shows start at 6:30 p.m. for more information on the Alexander County Summer Concert Series go to www.alexandercountync.gov/concerts.
