Stony Point Man Charged With Being No-Show In Court

46-year-old Jeremy Paul Webb of Stony Point was arrested Tuesday (February 17) by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with multiple counts of failure to appear. Last May, Webb was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with license revoked.

According to police, Webb missed the court dates scheduled for those charges as well as a scheduled appearance for probation violation. He’s been released again from custody under a $16,500 secured bond. The next appearance before a judge scheduled for Webb is April 3 in Alexander County District Court.
