35-year-old Jeffrey Nicolas Berry of Davie Street in Claremont was arrested today (June 23) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor financial card fraud, and misdemeanor larceny. Berry was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. A District Court date is scheduled for July 9.
