29-year-old Shawn Burton Ramsey of 21st Street Drive SE in Hickory was arrested today (February 21) by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Ramsey was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $4,000 bond. A District Court date is scheduled for Wednesday (February 22).
