35-year-old Preston Levi Kovanda of Peridot Drive in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (October 26) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony identity fraud and possession of methamphetamine. Kovanda remained in jail at the Caldwell County Detention Facility as of this morning under $2,000 secured bond. A District Court date was scheduled for Thursday (October 26).
