54-year-old Harold Lee Jackson of Herbert Lane in Statesville was arrested Tuesday (March 15) by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with trafficking in cocaine and maintain a vehicle, dwelling, or place for a controlled substance. Jackson was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $155,000 bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (March 16).
