31-year-old Roger Scott Mckiver of South Meeting Street in Statesville was arrested Thursday (February 16) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony larceny by employee and felony probation violation. Mckiver was placed under a $20,000 secured bond and two District Courts dates were scheduled for March 3 and March 13.
