39-year-old John Stearling Duquette of Greenville, S.C. was arrested by Hickory Police yesterday (June 12) on a felony warrant as a fugitive awaiting extradition to another state. Duquette is wanted the Sheriff’s Office in Greenville County, S.C. for the throwing of bodily fluids by a prisoner. Duquette was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility where he is being held without bond. A first appearance in District Court was scheduled today in Newton.
