Silver Alert Issued for Two Burke County Residents

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for two individuals from Burke County. They are Ronald William Belloir and Deborah Ann Belloir, both of whom are believed to be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Mr. Belloir is 67-years-old. He is a white male, 5’6″ tall, weighing 180 pounds. Mr. Belloir has short, gray hair and brown eyes. Ms. Belloir is 64-years-old. She is 5’8″ tall and weighs 170 pounds. She is a white female with long black hair and brown eyes. No clothing description is available.

They are believed to be traveling north to Newport, New Hampshire in a rental car from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car. It is a black 2022 Toyota Corolla with South Carolina license number UBD632.

The couple’s daughter said her father and mother left their residence on Holland Street in Morganton. They were traveling to New Hampshire to see a family member. The daughter said that Mr. Belloir has medical issues and did not take his medication. They were last seen at 2125 N.C. Highway 181, Lot 7 in Morganton.
