Silver Alert Issued for Elderly Denver Man [UPDATED 09/19 3 p.m.]
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for 77-year-old Willard Lucius Caylor. Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Mr. Caylor, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s and also experiences sleep apnea. He went missing on September 18.
Mr. Caylor is described as a white male with short gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5’10” tall and weighs 215 pounds. Mr. Caylor was last seen wearing a red shirt, khaki shorts, and navy blue sneakers. He wears eyeglasses and has a four- or five-day growth of beard.
Mr. Caylor was last seen at about 10 a.m. on the 18th at an address on Golf Course Drive North in Denver. He may be traveling to Waynesville, North Carolina, where he has family. His vehicle is a blue 2015 Honda Fit with N.C. license plate number DJZ1841.
