35-year-old Jordan Lee Hughes of Shelby was arrested Monday (August 14) by Conover Police Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear on a count of misdemeanor larceny, and driving while license revoked. Hughes was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $5,500 bond. He remained in jail as of earlier today (August 16). District Court dates were scheduled for Tuesday (August 15), August 28, and September 13.
